Another one I sarted ages ago and never got around to finishing until now. And another one I really wanted to finish 
I've actually no idea where this screenshot is from. It was on my computer. Some time ago I was looking for refs of him and didn't find much interesting ones and I got this probably just by googling
Tried a rougher style of drawing on this. I didn't smooth out all of my cross-hatch shading and used more erasing for highlights. I sort of like the result

Wow...wish I could draw like this 
Gary Sinise is awesome. But every time I try to draw him, it looks terrible-you can only tell it's him I've drawn because of his weird eyebrows
